The room was big and really clean with a great view to the Münster. The breakfest was good. The location is wonderful, right in the city center, close to everything.

The property was clean, featured modern design, I greatly enjoyed it. The location was excellent and perfect yet it was not too far from downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. There was a good restaurant, a main shopping street and shopping streets next door.

Enjoyed the convenient and spacious brand-new suite at this place.

The parking was not "on site" as advertised but in a public underground garage. The directions to the parking area need to be more specific as the garage was difficult to find as no indication was given that it was underground

The location offered was marvellous adjacent to main shopping street, and the ulm cathedral.

The location here is wonderful, with the hotel being right next to the city wall.

The location is excellent, just at the city center. Breakfast was very tasty. The room was clean.

It was not easy to find a place to park a car around the hotel. The parking lot at the hotel is actually a city underground parking lot, it was not easy to find in the first shot, maybe if I knew that I have to stop there, I would find it faster.

Very convenient location. Also very good breakfast service and selection. The double thick windows kept out most normal roadway noise, however, you could not sleep due to noise with the windows open. Good thing our visit was in slightly cooler weather.

Much hair found on carpet when arrived. A wine fest and special concert was held just outside our window in the Munster area during our first night stay. The noise was unbelievable, even though the windows were double thick. Music was very loud and at sometime in the late evening or early morning fireworks was set off. This was very annoying and upsetting. Also, the hotel elevator did not go to the ground level so this meant our luggage had to be carried up a flight of spiral staircase which was very narrow. Even though the hotel was in a good location and staff very friendly, I am not certain I would stay there again.

This hotel offers well-sized units with powerful showers and good ventilation, situated in a convenient and central location in a picturesque town.

Our enjoyment of our vist began with the welcome we received from the receptionist, an extremely helpful member of staff who was happy to answer all our questions and to respond to our needs and requirements. A fine breakfast added to the experience. A good central location and certainly worth considering staying there again.

There is not lift from the ground floor only a small lift from the first floor, some visitors might find this a problem.

Cozy and new room with a great shower, good airflow, and a super comfy bed. 👌 Awesome central location right in the heart of the historic area.

Best location for sightseeing

Information about parking is not enough.

Though location was in busy area it was very quiet with closed windows. Nice bathroom with storage place. The breakfast offered a nice variation of different delicious food.

Convenient location! Just a short stroll to all the must-see spots in town. 🚶‍♂️ Right in the heart of this beautiful city, near the central square and top attractions.
